NDDB JOB RECRUITMENT DETAIL:
1=> Manager (Admin & HR)
Education Qualification: The incumbent should be a result-oriented senior professional with minimum 10 years of relevant post qualification experience at managerial level. Candidates having legal background and experience in working in Cooperative dairy sector/ Producer Company will be having added advantage.
Key roles and Responsibility: The incumbent would be directly accountable for managing day-to-day operations of all HR and administrative matters guided by the policies and procedures’ of Jharkhand Milk Federation (JMF).
Experience: The candidate should have requisite managerial competence and should be graduate in any discipline with Post Graduation/ MBA in Human Resource Development/Personnel Management/ Industrial Relationship or equivalent from an institution of repute.
2=> Manager (Accounts)
Education Qualification & Experience:: The incumbent should be CA/ICWA with minimum 2 years relevant experience or CA (INTER) / ICWA (INTER) with minimum 5 years of experience or M.Com with minimum 7 years of experience, preferably in Dairy / FMCG or in corporate set-up.
Key roles and Responsibility:
1. Responsible for compliance of all Direct Taxes Related matter
– Income Tax
2. Responsible for compliance of all Indirect Taxes Related matter
– E-WAY BILL
3. Finalization of Quarterly Balance Sheet
4. Ensuring Timely Payment to Farmers and Suppliers
5. Ensure Bank Reconciliation of Accounts
6. Preparation of Budget & to Ensure Proper Booking of Expenses
7. Liasioning with Auditors and Consultants
8. Finalization of Annual Accounts
9. Maintaining Fund Account and Fund Utilization Certificates’ of Funds received from various agencies
10. Ensuring timely payment of Salary and benefits to Staff.
3=> Manager – P&I (Procurement & Input)
Education Qualification & Experience: The incumbent should be a result-oriented senior professional with minimum 10 years of relevant post qualification experience at managerial level.The incumbent should be Post Graduate in Animal Husbandry/ Veterinary Sciences/Agriculture/Dairying/Rural Management other relevant post-graduate programmes with minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
Key roles and Responsibility: Identifying new areas for expanding coverage and preparing procurement strategy as per the targets of the federation. Ensuring fair & transparent milk procurement operations at village level Maintaining /monitoring operation of BMC/ MPP. Monitoring operation of transport system to ensure timely milk delivery from MPP to BMC/ chilling centers and BMC/chilling center to milk plant. Minimizing variations between supplies from village level institutions’ and receipts at Dairy Preparing plans for procurement of required items for smooth operations. Resolving conflicts/ problems at route/ village levels. Monitoring targets. Ensuring timely delivery of AMCUs and EMTs to different procurement institutions. Planning BMC installation at villages and organizing movement of milk/milk products between BMCs and Dairies Ensuring that the purchases are done on time Ensuring Quality checks at all levels from the dairy to the village level. Regular monitoring and feedback. Innovation of efficient ways of working and encourage innovative ideas. Devising strategy for training of Village Level Functionaries. Capacity building of grass root level functionaries/ leaders Any other activity as and when required for the Group.
